Scope of work: Dismantling and removal – removal of old flooring and cladding in all rooms (living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms), including complete removal of construction waste. Preparation of the infrastructure – leveling floors, repairing cracks and holes, pouring a balancing plate in the required places to ensure a uniform surface ready for laying. Sealing – performing full sealing in wet areas (kitchen and bathrooms) before laying the tiles, including treatment of corners and pipe passages. Laying flooring – precise laying of new tiles in all areas of the house, maintaining straight lines and uniform seams, adjusting the tile pattern between rooms to create visual continuity. Wall cladding – performing cladding in the kitchen and bathrooms, including precise cuts around outlets, faucets, and cabinets. Finishing – filling gaps, cleaning up adhesive and grout residue, and final cleaning of all areas. Result: A complete upgrade of the home's appearance with uniform, professional, and durable flooring and cladding, which gives the home a modern, clean look in all spaces.
