The office was planned around employee flow, meeting areas, technical systems and a fixed opening date.
Execution was coordinated to keep infrastructure and finishing work moving in parallel without compromising quality.We carried out a complete renovation of the office, including dismantling ceilings, old flooring and partitions, and removing construction waste. Plumbing and electrical work was carried out to adjust electrical points, communications and lighting according to the new design. Plaster partitions were erected for rooms and workstations, new flooring and cladding were laid, and an acoustic ceiling with built-in lighting was installed. Paint and finishing work was carried out in all spaces, along with the installation of customized air conditioning and ventilation solutions. The work also included the installation of a kitchenette and seating areas as needed. The project was completed with precise finishing, connection of all systems, and general cleaning. The result: a modern and functional office, adapted to work needs with a professional and clean appearance.
