Private Villa Renovation in Poleg, Netanya

The villa renovation combined several work zones under one coordinated schedule.

Interior systems, surfaces and outdoor connections were handled as one project to maintain consistency between spaces.We carried out a comprehensive renovation of the villa, which included coordinated work in all systems of the house and in all spaces - living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor areas. Dismantling and demolition work was carried out on old flooring, cladding and sanitary ware, alongside updating plumbing, electrical and air conditioning systems according to the new design. Full sealing was installed in the wet areas (kitchen, bathrooms, balconies), and then new flooring and cladding were laid in all areas of the house while maintaining a uniform design continuity. Cabinets, work surfaces, sanitary ware and faucets were installed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The work also included updating lighting, painting, and installing associated accessories in all rooms. The project ended with a precise finish and general cleaning of the entire house. The result: a high-level upgraded villa, with a uniform, modern and high-quality appearance in all spaces.
