Targeted Waterproofing and Restoration of a Residential Building

The project began with locating the moisture path and identifying the affected envelope areas.

Repairs and waterproofing were carried out in controlled sections, followed by inspection of the treated points.We performed comprehensive sealing and preservation work, including checking existing sources of moisture and leaks and treating cracks and defects in the structure. The surface was cleaned and disinfected before work began, and then high-quality sealing layers were applied to roofs, exterior walls, balconies, and wet areas as needed. If necessary, preservation work was performed to strengthen and preserve existing elements in the structure, while maintaining the original character. The work concluded with a check of the integrity of the sealing and a general cleaning of the area. The result: a structure protected from moisture and leaks, with high-quality preservation that extends the life of the structure.
